How can I become a Pupsjoy dealer?
Fill out the Get Wholesale Access form. We will respond within 24 hours. Once approved, you can view wholesale prices, place box-based bulk orders, and see the payment and delivery terms assigned to your account.
Can I request a wholesale price quote without being a registered customer?
Yes. Complete the Request Bulk Order Proposal form, specify products and quantities, and request a Quick Quote. After review, we will share a preliminary offer and estimated delivery terms.
How can I view Pupsjoy wholesale prices?
Wholesale prices appear automatically once you are logged in. If you do not have an account, apply via Get Wholesale Access.
What is your minimum wholesale order quantity?
Orders are box-based and start from a minimum of 1 box. The number of units per box is fixed and listed on the product page.
Can I apply for a Pupsjoy dealership from outside Hungary?
Yes. We accept applications only from Hungary’s neighboring countries: Slovakia, Ukraine, Romania, Serbia, Croatia, Slovenia, and Austria. Please use the Get Wholesale Access form to apply.

How is the quantity calculated in box-based wholesale orders?
Product pages display a unit price. You add boxes to your cart. Units per box are fixed and shown in the product details.
How are special wholesale discounts and dealer promotions applied?
We offer special pricing at defined volume tiers. When you log in as a wholesale customer, you will see dealer-exclusive promotions and seasonal discounts.
What is your delivery time for wholesale orders?
Items in stock are usually dispatched within 1–3 business days. Large or pallet shipments require additional scheduling.
How are Pupsjoy wholesale shipping fees calculated?
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the number of boxes, total weight, and delivery address. Free-shipping promotions may apply above certain order values.
Can I collect my order directly from the warehouse?
Yes. Warehouse pickup by appointment is available. Please note your request in the order comments.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept bank transfer, paypal, corporate credit cards, and selected partner payment systems. Payment terms are assigned once your dealer account is approved.
How are invoicing and VAT handled?
All orders are invoiced in line with Hungarian regulations. For EU deliveries, a valid VAT number is required to apply VAT exemption.

Are Pupsjoy products clinically approved and safe?
Products are manufactured to relevant standards and pass quality testing. Safety Data Sheets (SDS), Technical Data Sheets (TDS), and product labels are available on request.
Why are the Early Detection Cat Litter and Color-Changing Dog Pads special?
Early Detection Cat Litter uses natural bentonite that changes color in response to specific urine parameters, helping raise at-home health awareness. It is not intended for diagnosis. Unusual colors should prompt a veterinarian check.
Color-Changing Dog Pads display an immediate color indicator where liquid contacts the pad, supporting both training and basic health monitoring. They are not a medical device, but enable early awareness and day-to-day tracking beyond standard pads.
