📝 Terms & Conditions – Wholesale Customers

1. Eligibility

Wholesale access is granted only to registered businesses operating in the pet care industry, including but not limited to pet shops, veterinary clinics, grooming salons, shelters, and distributors.
Proof of business registration may be requested.

2. Ordering & Minimum Order Value

All wholesale orders must meet the minimum order value of €500 (or equivalent in HUF).
Orders below this amount may not be processed.
Products can be ordered in bulk cartons or single units as specified in the catalog.

3. Pricing & Payment

Wholesale prices are visible only to approved B2B accounts after login.
All prices are exclusive of VAT, unless otherwise stated.
Accepted payment methods: Bank Transfer and Advance Invoice Payment.
Payment must be made before dispatch unless a separate agreement is signed.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are processed within 2–5 business days after payment confirmation.
Delivery timelines vary depending on location and logistics partner.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout or added to the invoice.

5. Returns & Claims

Returns are accepted only for defective or damaged items reported within 7 days of delivery.
Products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
Refunds or replacements will be processed after return approval.
We do not accept returns for unsold stock or overstock.

6. Product Availability

While we strive to keep stock levels updated, all orders are subject to availability.
Back-ordered items will be shipped as soon as restocked or refunded upon request.

7. Use of Marketing Materials

Approved partners may use Pupsjoy brand assets (logos, photos, product descriptions) for promotion.
Unauthorized modifications of visuals, packaging, or claims are strictly prohibited.

8. Territorial Rights

Wholesale partners may sell within Hungary.
Any plans for cross-border sales or exclusive dealership must be discussed and approved in writing.

9. Limitation of Liability

Pupsjoy Hungary Kft. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or resale of our products beyond their intended and specified purposes.
