Pupsjoy.hu — Shipping & Distribution Policy
B2B only — Hungary domestic
Effective date: 26 August 2025
This policy applies exclusively to business customers in Hungary. All shipments are handled by GLS Hungary.
1) Scope and origin

Ship-from: Budapest, Hungary

Service area: Hungary domestic only

We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes, parcel lockers, or pick-up points
2) Order processing and dispatch

Order cut-off: 12:00 CET on business days

Orders confirmed and paid by the cut-off are typically dispatched the same day or the next business day

High-volume or heavy orders may require an additional 1–3 business days for preparation. If lead time exceeds this, we will inform you
3) Estimated delivery time

GLS Hungary: usually 1–2 business days depending on destination within Hungary

Transit times are indicative and not guaranteed
4) Shipping fees and invoicing

Shipping charges are added to your sales invoice as a separate line item

Charges are calculated by GLS based on weight, volumetric weight, parcel count, and destination

No flat-rate or free shipping unless expressly agreed in writing
5) Packaging and handling

Goods ship in protective cartons suitable for parcel networks

Large or heavy orders may be split into multiple parcels

Pallet shipments are not covered by this policy. If needed, please contact us for separate terms
6) Delivery confirmation and inspection (no POD)

We do not require a signed Proof of Delivery (POD)

Delivery is evidenced by GLS tracking records

After delivery, inspect the shipment and report any damage, shortage, or wrong item within 48 hours to info@pupsjoy.hu, attaching photos of the parcel, inner packing, product labels, and GLS label
7) Failed delivery and redelivery

If delivery fails due to incorrect or incomplete address, closed premises, or no authorized receiver, redelivery, return, storage, or address-correction fees may apply and will be invoiced to the buyer
8) Address changes and rerouting

Once dispatched, address changes or rerouting are subject to GLS approval, feasibility, and additional charges. They are not guaranteed
9) Force majeure

We are not liable for delays caused by events outside our control such as severe weather, strikes, carrier network issues, or other force majeure situations
